If you find propositions to be so absurd that they make you want to scream, it's because they are not your beliefs. Your beliefs are the propositions that answer yes to truth.

Absurdity is a response when we are faced with something we expect to be true but do not find to be true. That contradiction is the absurd. Beliefs are easily determined by asking, "Is that something I find to be true?"

Agreed. Perhaps I just need to do further research and honestly ask my deity about some of the confusing parts and if He does not answer or I do not understand, I should just wait or ask for further guidance.
