The Authenticity of the Shroud of Turin: New Evidence

Oh. Well, I don't need such evidence. The eye witness testimony in the NT is proof enough for me.

Is it really so easy to convince people that something extraordinary has happened, by adding eye witnesses in the same narrative?

Viole, the miracles reported in the Gospel routinely happen today. You just need to get out more. You seem trapped in the myopic, spiritually suffocating atmosphere of your scientific thought Ghetto. You need to breathe the refreshing atmosphere of honest and open inquiry. Stay tuned for my threads on personal miracles and miracles in the circles of my friends.

Tell me more about them. i was thinking of leasing a boat to tavel on our beautiful Swiss lakes, but I could save the money if I and my guests could walk on water. One of the guests is a Christian, do you think he could manage that?

Spiritually suffocating? You beg the question by assuming that there is such a thing as a spiritual reality, whatever that means.

You need to breathe the refreshing atmosphere of honest and open inquiry. Stay tuned for my threads on personal miracles and miracles in the circles of my friends.

I think you are confusing honest and open inquiry with swallowing things that have no evidence whatsoever.

But I am thrilled to find out what you got. Does that involve miracles like growing a new limb when you lost one? I would settle for something simpler, like growing a new tooth when you lost one and you are over 30 years old. Dentists are also very expensive in Switzerland :)
