The Bible is not Scripture.

Where in the Bible does it say the Bible is Scripture?

Scripture is inspired by God, it says. It doesn't say the Bible is anything they/it were talking about.

If God is just, loving, merciful, and a good Father, then the epitome of hate, bigotry, sadism, genocide, and war crimes, eliminate the possibility of being inspired by love, correct?

No. "Scripture" denotes that which is written or 'scribed'.
Most Bibles today might even be described as "print," since they are no longer hand written.

Cambridge Dictionary defines scripture as the holy writings of a religion.

M-W defines scripture as a body of writing considered sacred or authoritative.

To my knowledge, the Bible, as well as many other texts, meets these definitions.

That aside, I'm not sure I understand your logic. If I have a book, and it is not written in the book that it's a book, is it not a book?

Where in the Bible does it say the Bible is Scripture?

the best example is exodus 34 verses 1 and 27. although anytime the words 'vayomer [divine-name]' occur in the hebrew bible it is claiming to be scripture.

It is important to note that the authorship of certain books within the Bible remains uncertain, and some books are believed to have been written anonymously. Additionally, the process of compiling and canonizing the Bible involved a series of decisions and debates among religious authorities.

In summary, the Bible is not attributed to a single author but rather to multiple individuals who wrote its books and letters over a span of centuries. Its authorship is a complex and ongoing topic of study and interpretation

The whole Bible is not from God. Some people who wrote parts of the Bible were wrong about God. God has never asked us humans to kill each other.

Yes many parts of the Bible is from God, but some parts of the Bible is not from God

How to know what is from God in the Bible? That is simple. God is love and just. What is against love and justice is not from God. God is against killing innocent people.

Scripture is inspired by God , says scripture, but also says "God is love". Could love inspire slavery, master race, genocide, tossing souls in a lake of fire, bullying , so many things we think of as the epitome of the opposite of love?

That does not say that the whole Bible is scripture. At best that would only apply to the work of Moses. Worse yet Moses has been shown to be mythical and those works are far more recent than the time of supposed Moses. So you are back to zero.

No, but human interpretation can.

I suggest you reread the question asked, then reread my answer.
