The irony is that evolution is just plain old-fashioned common sense-- all material items change over time by all indications, and genes are material items. And geneticists well know that, given enough time, genetic codes can change quite drastically from the originals.

As i said before you don't have a clue about genetics and mutations. You can't explain HOW mutations are a mechanism for a change of species and you are afraid to see what the ICR says on the subject. All you can do is parrot the usual, evo rhetoric that has no evidence.
It is not science, Thanks for admitting that. Time will not change the laws of genetics.
Since you are new here, let me explain my rule. I have quit checking links. They NEVER provide any evidence for what they say. I tell the evos to cut and paste the evidence their links offer. You're missing the point. It's not about what you or I know. You are claiming that the vast majority of scientists whose speciality is genetics and mutation, don't have a clue (as you put it) about their own subjects. That is an absurd claim.
