Another one is JonBenét Ramsey murder.

To this day nobody is still quite sure who killed that poor girl and stuffed her in that closet.

And last on my list of cold cases, I would like to see solved would be that of Bob Crane , star of Hogan's Heroes.
Could I ask you a favor?
I have the picture of a man in his twenties and a police-made sketch, an identikit of a strange person who gained access into the crime scene at a very ambiguous time.
If I post the two images together, could you please tell me if you think they are alike or not?
Unfortunately I have been studying this case for too many years and my mind is too biased and partial.
I need an external, impartial party's opinion. :)

Post away, I think I can do as much as having a look at it. But don't expect me to be overly enthusiastic.

Thank you so much.
Just a personal opinion, without being specific.
I need an opinion from an impartial person who doesn't know the case.

Those are clearly not pictures of the same person. Or, let's put it this way, the picture wasn't drawn from the photo.
But it could be an imprecise drawing based on an imprecise description of the man in the photo.

Take a ruler and measure some key ratios, distance of eyes vs. distance of eyeline to mouth-line; size of the philtrum; hight-width ratio of the overall face.
The man in the photo has an exceptional long face. The artist may have wanted to draw that, but failed to capture the extreme.
A face recognition program would find no match.
To a human, there are superficial similarities, the hairline, the jawline, the half-Asian eyes.

Hope that helps, even if it is not a definitive answer.

Thank you so much. That's already sufficient.

I think Amanda Knox is one of the bravest women I can think of.
I am sure I would never be that courageous and strong, after all that she endured.
She was jailed without one single shred of evidence, that is needed for preventive detention. It's the code of criminal procedure.
There's no recording of her accusing Mr. Lubumba, so it's highly possible she was misunderstood, since the language barrier was a great obstacle...and one needs to speak perfect English to interrogate someone.
