Senate rejects impeachment articles against Mayorkas, ending trial against Cabinet secretary

This is another example, where the DNC did not think this through; above the law. By not even reviewing and discussing the claims in the articles, they are clearing Mayorkas, because he was a good soldier doing his job, following the orders of the crooks at top. You cannot scape goat a good solider following orders who will fall on his sword. The crooks at the top feel untouchable.

If Trump wins, he could allow states to sue the DNC crime syndicate, for the money they stole from states, by their immigration policies, that illegally caused State expenses, they did not have the authority to authorize. Only Congress can do this and they did not. States can get back the money from the head of the snake that admitted their crime by this untouchable action.

If you were a solider and was given a direct order to destroy a village, and failed to do it, you would be punished. If you do and are loyal, those who gave the order will buffer you, so they can use your loyal resolve, again. The Swamp is flaunting its ability to get away with crimes and injustice. This will come bake to bite them. It will be fun to see Schumer extradited to Florida or Texas to pay them back the cost of illegal immigration in Civil Court. The DNC has already established the rope by which they can be hung; Trump trials, until their ill gotten gains are depleted in jury settlements. Illegal actions do not buffer political criminals.

Do you remember when the Democrats presented the first impeachment articles; Trump impeachment 1. This impeachment was about Trump investigating the Biden Family influence peddling business in Ukraine, which we now know was valid; Laptop that keeps giving. This impeachment was just an offensive strategy, used to play defense. The side of truth could not attack, if they were back peddling on defense. Everyone in Washington knew the skinny on the Biden Family, and that this impeachment would not stand up. But it was allowed to play out and not be buried. Trump knew he was innocent. The innocent want the truth to come out.

I knew the Democrats would ultimately vote down the Mayorkas Impeachment. However, I thought they would at least allow the process since they said this was a nothing burger. Their immediate shut down, with no process is a tell; guilty. Immigration is a sensitive subject for the DNC. Their immigration strategy has caused many minority citizens in Democrats cities to shift to Trump. I guess they assumed, no news was good news, since any news about the failures of their bonehead immigration policy, would further implicate Biden, and all the DNC boneheads who pushed for it, on an election year. Trump did not run away from Russian Collusion or Impeachment 1, since he was innocent.

The MAGA rabbit hole, is an illusion, that has been created by the injustice and lies of the DNC and Swamp. They dig fake holes for their MAGA opponents, so the DNC and Swamp can appear to rise above; Russian Collusion Coup. The DNC was so "patriotic looking" during the start of the failed Russian Collusion Coup, until they were proven to be a bunch of liars. They placed the MEGA truth, in a hole, so the liars could appear to have the high ground. The dual injustice system still runs the same "place then in a hole" scam; one classified case is in a hole, and other is not. Once Trump is out of the hole and on all cylinders, the crooks are in trouble since relative high ground is no match for real high ground.

DNC election season, means talk about reparations for the Blacks; vote bait and switch. When Trump gets in, he should created an Executive Order to allow the Blacks to get Reparations.

The big legal and moral problem with the current DNC reparations legal strategy, is it blames people who were not even there; nobody is alive today from 1860, and many people and their grandparents never owned slaves. The DNC approach is a racist one size fits all based on skin color tax payer money. This strategy will create injustice, which gives the DNC as way to pull the bait and switch. The only real tangible present day connection to that slavery past, is the continuity of the Democrat Party.

Members of the Democrat Party; Corporation, owned nearly all the slaves and was the Party affiliation that wanted to create a separate slave country; Civil War was fought to avoid this. This long lasting cooperation, from 1828 to the present, has direct ties to slavery and even segregation. It formed during the start of the Industrial Revolution; 1820's, and the massive expansion of slavery to feed the factories raw materials for profit.

What we have, via the DNC is legally is no different from GM, dumping oil back in the 1920's, and having to pay environmental clean ups fees. It does not matter to the EPA, if GM helped lower emissions and even made electric cars. It still dumped the oil way back when, and it is the same legal entity, that has a copyright on the name, so it is liable. The DNC Corporation, is the only genuine cause and effect entity, between all the past, though the lingering effects of the present; long living legal entity that is liable with deep pockets. This avoids moral and legal injustice than can make it not happen.

Civil Law suits should be able to collect Reparations from the DNC, due to their historical business connections; donors and politicians from before the Civil War to the present. They would need to file chapter 11 bankruptcy, in advance to avoid this. They would also need to change their name and regime. But before they try to sleaze out, there are plenty of mega rich Democrat donors, who drive this Corporation, as well as many crooked DNC politicians with plenty of ill gotten gains. This corporation is huge being present in all 50 states. There is plenty of court space.

This will be a gift that keeps given, to all those who the DNC Corporation have abused and placed in holes. It will also be lawyer windfall. Trump should make this a campaign promise; human needs and solutions. Trump can get it done.
