Not in the least. People just use it as an excuse to shirk responsibility. "It wasn't my fault, Satan tempted me!". For my money, it's a pretty poor excuse.
No, it's not the Satan's fault it's our fault if we did something bad or evil, for it is we who let him overcome us by listening to his wicked whispers and temptations.
