Don't know. The trial is far from over, we don't know what evidence she presented. Last I heard Trump refused to give DNA. Are you sure he had to give DNA when he was arrested? I don't think so.

I am not sure if there is any. Just because you rape someone does not guarantee that one will leave detectable DNA behind. Especially if it was years and years after the event.

It is usually SOP for most jails to take a DNA sample of those arrested. I am not sure if that can be used for any trial or accusation. Until he is found guilty of some crime that may be on file, but not available.
