Ah, Ok. Let me be clear. I'm not excusing ones behavior. That would be wrong. I am however pointing out that the outrage is very lop sided. By the same standard, every black comedian that makes fun of white people should lose their career.

There is not a 400 year history of discrimination and racism against whites in this country, so no, it isn't the same thing.
That would be the problem with this type of bill. It would crush one group of (perceived) violators while giving a green light to the other. All it would accomplish would be to further widen the gap between people.
Fortunately this is not 400 years ago and yes it is the same %$#@% thing.

A person who is recently no longer with us. Can't go into the details. But they were here almost yesterday and now they are not.
