Their nuts. They had forgotten the instruction given by Christ which is written in Matthew 5:44 "But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." It is sad to know that some of those who proclaim the Word cannot do this simple thing.

I bought an interesting books about the division of the holy sites to Christianity in Jerusalem, and the relationship over the site between the different parties. from the beginning there was strife, tension and eruptions.

I thought this bit of the article was the most telling:

Disputes are not uncommon, particularly over who has the authority to carry out repairs.

For example, a wooden ladder has remained on a ledge just above the main entrance since the 19th Century - because no-one can agree who has the right to take it down.

My prediction is that the structural problems with the roof will end in one of two ways:

- a court order is issued, government workers perform the necessary repairs, and then the various factions squabble for a century over who should pay the bill.

- the roof either fails to the point where the monastery overtop of it is uninhabitable or it collapses altogether, and a brand new dispute arises over where the displaced monks should reside.

No, its not news. one simply needs to go through the archives of the Israeli media HAARETZ, and see that a similar case was brought to media attention only a few months ago.

whats next using crusefices as vibrators or toilet rol holders?

Obviously "what's next" is vapid comments such as yours.

Exactly. I don't think that comment was meant to be tasteful considering the full context. You know what wouldn't offend you? A machine gun Crucifix or a Bradly tank with a bumper sticker that says, "Revenge for Christ!". And that's it; Christians worship pain. At least toilet paper rolls and vibrators are useful.

When I was a kid we had a toy called Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Rabbis.

No we didn't.

Why do I say things like that?

I don't know.

Friend Kai,
Whatever we are outside is not the real self. It is only a paint that we apply and like make up it washes with a slight sweating.
Our real self is inside and how much one tries to cover it with makeup, truth does reveal itself sometime or the other even if we are having makeup of priests outside.
Kindly note that it is the Mind that is the key to the world inside.
