Marka and I respectfully asked Heather and Nick to become Administrators. We were very careful to point out to them there was no pressure whatsoever to accept the position, and that it would be pure coincidence -- and nothing more than pure coincidence -- if their usernames rotated 130 degrees and turned the color of stale urine should they be foolish enough to reject our offer.

I don't get paid, Jaymes, but for an old man like me, working with you crazy kids is its own compensation.
