You may be misinterpreting the lyrics.
Or maybe you're not.
I'm usually wrong so take what I say with a grain of salt or two.
You'd be surprised the number of people who don't know not to count their winnings while still playing the game.

I am so envious of Las Vegas natives. I have seen too many river boat gamblers as well as too many native American owned casinos. Las Vegas, I shall soon return!
Because of it, I am actually not a big gambler. Not worth it imo.
