I think its the mens turn...

Men took their turn in much earlier times.

This woman has decided to live her own life as if it were the fifties. 1958 to be precise.
I think that's very glamorous.

Would you do the same?
I would, but I would choose the eighties instead.:p
I quite like the aesthetics of older gens. I’m too invested in my current age geek gear to commit though
Here’s a channel with such aesthetic appreciation though
And yes the lady in question is indeed a lesbian. But they’re so wholesome it hurts

So do I..
.but the eighties had so much stuff I would define elegant...futuristic...an Olivetti M20...for example.

I suppose there's something to be said for retro aesthetic!

I'm weird, though... I like either super modern/futuristic, or super ancient/natural. I do like older music. I suppose I classify that more as "timeless" though. :D

I can't pick a decade. They've all got something fun somewhere...

I would love to decorate the house in the era in which it was built(1912), but that's a bit costly. As far as clothes go, I kinda skip around between times and places. I don't think I own anything that's considered 'modern' for the Midwest. I hate jeans(with an exception for the 90s style Jncos, which I'd love to have a pair of again), and I don't do the 'workout clothes' which seems to be pretty popular here right now. This video totally reminded me that I need a 50s style dress...

But, true to my local heritage, have no qualms about wandering off in my pajamas if I'm too lazy to get dressed that day.

No, too dangerous round these parts!

Before i moved here i was in the hairdresser chatting with another customer who just happened to be the mayor's secretary. "Did you know he shaves his legs?"

I've never never seen local politics the same way since.

He did a lot of cycling, the roads in west Lancashire are far safer :(...

In France it's the national sport so it's not unusual to see a guys with shaved legs.

I wonder if I can tether that to my phone.

Worth a try, it had an RS232 port, that could connect to a 2.4k modem. After that you are on your own.

Here is how to do it
Interfacing with a PDP-11/05
I suggest it's worth ignoring.

P.S, we did have on in the studio reception area. Just for a giggle when people asked what equipment we used. It cost £8 from a car boot sale. We never tried to get it working.

The tawdry tacky glamour of the eighties.
College. Italian tv show. Plot: a female college next to a Navy Academy
