Winning without editing posts of others claiming they misspelled something when in fact they never did..... speaking of which...you misspelled you're...and winning...oh and without too...and of course you misspelled...misspelled...that's my story and I'm sticking with it.....it is also the rumor I am spreading too
Winning without trickery!

Having tried a number of different snow shovels over the years, I've finally settled on a shovel, which works much better than any snow shovel I've ever used...

Fortunately out here in the land of milk and honey and earthquakes and drought I don't have to worry about snow.

That's a useful style.
But it needs a handle down near the shovel end for lofting snow into piles.
seems quite useful to me sans the extra handle...it has the advantage of not requiring a second handle to balance the almost-always uneven load distribution that occurs on traditional "snow" shovels...

Without a 2nd handle lower down, it means bending over farther.
That's necessary if one is over 50, shoveling for over an hour.

Enough with this discourse on shovels. It's time to propose a drinking game related to the outcome in Alabama tonight. Pick a TV network and have a drink every time the phrase "fake news" is used in the outcome reporting. If you can last 15 minutes without falling down dead drunk, you win.

Over 50, have resigned myself to having back pain...it's kind of a constant in my life since the discs deteriorated to nothing and now the nerve sits between vertebrae...That's why I have a snow-thrower...

No back issues whatsoever, even after hours of shoveling.
Have a couple snowthrowers & a plow truck.
But shoveling is still best for some things.
Even when I could use the snowthrower, I like the quiet of shoveling.
