Almost daily I'll do stretching and the elliptical (50 minutes for now, working up to 60), twice a day most days. I do weights 2 - 3 times a week (about 60-75 minutes, all muscle groups), but I'm thinking about swapping out an elliptical run or two a week because my upper body is starting to noticeably lag behind on the toning and firming.I'll be doing some stretching/strengthening tomorrow as well.
