I once worked for a company which had a patch panel worse than this because it was not all along one wall. And they were all one color. And the crimping at the ends was badly done so touching a wire meant a risk of a disconnected device. And of course the ends were not labeled so finding the right cable meant running fingers down them which meant risking a secondary problem with another device.

Are switch room is rather neatly done, but for one problem....virtually all the cables are the same color
