I prefer Beijing duck.
Despite the city's name in English,
the food is still called "Peking Duck".
Also, "Chinese fire drill" hasn't been
changed to "Zhong Guo fire drill".

Actually it is 北京烤鸭, which in pinyin is Běijīng kǎoyā. Us foreign devils just translate it as Peking duck. And the best is at (全聚德 ) Quanjude in Beijing
And as a fellow foreign devil (yang guizi),
it remains "Peking duck" to me.
Although...I discuss it, but don't eat it.
Crispy duck is better.

Russian city name..."Moskvah Mule"? Of course not.

Tried duck several times, prepared multiple ways, even Peking duck, never liked any duck until I had it at Quanjude in Beijing....that as some good duck...they also prepare duck multiple ways there, all were good...but it is kind of hard to pop on over to Beijing from NYS to get a meal
