When I return to the car, I often forget exactly where it is.
(Of course, Mr Van is easy to spot. Cars much less so.)
Hit the old key fob, & the parking lights flash me.
I tried that in the parking lot at Indianapolis International Airport very early one morning. Misremembering the correct aisle made it a very long a difficult search, especially as I was exhausted...eventually, I did hear my car as I re-locked the door...:mad::confused:o_O:(:oops::rolleyes:

My favorite thread is still alive and well. One of my fave threads. It's like my North Star of this site. If it's still there, I know everything will be okay.

But there were parking lights prior to remotes in the form of key fobs. This is just too much for me to understand I think.

Sometimes in my haste, I try to start the house with the key fob rather than unlocking the door with the house key.
