I have designed another layer of the chicken parmesan quesadilla. It'll be a pepper sauce. That I'll make with hot peppers to make sure the Mex part of this Tex-Mex-Ita Frankensteined together abomination of a dish. And I'll probably have to make the marinara sauce myself so it will be balanced against the pepper sauce.
And, honestly, it may not remain a true. quesadilla because this is meant to be an abomination, and I have a blank canvas to work with on top. I may make it utterly blasphemous and put something on it that looks kind of like dessert, something like cream and candied peppers. Or add another meat and other cheeses and more sauce for an explosive reaction in the mouth of flavor and heat.
And I may have two versions, Mr. Rogers for a safer but still satisfying explosion of heat and cheese, and Aed, for those who want a good burn that I would find satisfying.
And probably a third, Victor, the quesadilla stepping stone that is still at the very unusual, highly unorthodox, but still within the realms of normal predictable unpredictability.

thanks for the small images, I can navigate and post with these. Those character actors were more of a contribution to movies and TV than I realized when I was young.And she sure could ride a bike.
