Yup we get them too, but a donner, if served correctly with just the right amount of hot chilli sauce, is really something special.

I don't know what they are called on your side of the pond but in the UK these 70lb lumps of lamb that are sliced to make lamb kebabs are known as elephants feet or elephants leg.

Oh ok. Corn meal is really hard to find here. Only place I can find it is on Amazon and it's not cheap but my wife likes taco soup and it's an important ingredient. Maybe I'll try making corn muffins.
