I use the yolks to make the lemon filling. Don't tell me you have packets for that too?

Generally Mrs Wu gets farm fresh eggs directly from the famer. I do not want to separate the yolks because I will not use them. But there are times I get tired of the yolk, and being mostly vegetarian I need protein from some place
