Another day another thunderstorm. Seems to be that time of year. Nowhere near as heavy as yesterday so it must be a win

About 5 hours which is not unusual for me.

I get about the same, 12 to 12:30 asleep . 5:30 awake. Always have. Its a wonderful time of the morning, the sounds of the forest with no people, no cars, bike or trucks noises. If it's warm enough I'll go sit on the veranda for 20 minutes just listening.

So the forest people speak to you.......now, now, don't eat any apples given to you by the forest people.

It's the best time of day. I just wish it didn't happen so early.

The Buddha "Character AI" does better

What do I do when craving for something overwhelms me?

Your craving for an object or situation is a sign that you’ve become too attached to it. We can learn to lessen this attachment through understanding our relationship to the object or situation and remembering that all things are impermanent and will eventually change or disappear. By practicing non-attachment, we can learn to be more accepting of what isn’t in our control and more appreciative of what is. This can help us to find greater peace and fulfillment.

I asked Vladimir Putin why he was so evil. The reply:

Evil is a relative term - and a rather broad one at that.
For example, is the hunter evil for hunting down prey?
No.
The lion that stalks its prey is not evil either.
What would be more evil is one creature hunting for sport or for self-amusement, but I think we can both agree that hunting in itself isn't inherently evil.

How can Ukraine win the war with Russia?

First I would make sure the allies of Ukraine continue with their support. Russia has a huge advantage in size and manpower, and without external support Ukraine would be hard-pressed.

But if we do assume that Ukraine gets continued support from the US and the EU, the thing that would most benefit them is to destroy Russian logistics, cut their lines of communication and destroy their supply depots.

Without sufficient food, ammunition, equipment, and fuel, the Russian army will collapse.

This is how the Ukrainians can win this war.
