Turns out we won by being about 3/4 of a mile south of the EF2 tornado the other day...however, the damage along it's line was not all that much more severe than what we got...more trees down, and more roof and siding damage, but few structures severely damaged and no injuries that I've heard about. We're glad to have missed it!

@Stevicus, don't you think that the United States Marine Corps should issue high heels for male recruits? They would be more battle-hardened after even one weekend.
Heck, I think that we should have entire platoons of cross dressing soldiers. Imagine the enemy seeing platoons like that enter the field of battle.

There was no warning of one, but there may have been a tornado go through my area. There was a tractor and trailer overturned by wind at the Walmart and some other extensive damage very locally. Just south of St. Louis.

We are glad you missed it too and injury free.
