Seems to be called wax gourd here. I don't think I've ever seen it but I can buy the seeds on ebay

My polov had no gourd. This one had carrot, chick pea, and vegetarian beef substitute. (And a bunch of spices.) The recipe I had vvas from Tajikistan. It can vary some by region.

Top of the morning to y'all.

Who ever came up with the idea that rasins steeped overnight in brandy, honey and strong black tea make a wonderful loaf when mixed with bread flower, brown sugar and marmalade. A rousing cheer for Yorkshire tea loaf

Good evening. I'm not a fan of raisins so I'll leave the tea loaf for you.

The stuff that gets invented by people that have steeped overnight in brandy. It does sound interesting and I'm not the biggest fan of raisins either. I'd try it.

Stupidly hot tonight and I can't sleep even with the ceiling fan on cyclone setting. I'm too lazy to get up, shut up the house and turn on the air.
