Did you sleep well

When they put me on steroids i just couldn't sleep. It was horrible after a couple of days.

I only have 2% steroid cream so it's just my usual insomnia.

But I was on huge doses of steroids when I was getting chemo. They sent me loopy. I would break down crying over the stupidest things.

Ahh right, i was on tablets.
Didn't realise crying was part of the side effects, i did plenty of that but thought it was the aftermath of the op.

Is the cream helping?

Seems to be helping, I'm not waking up with a bloody cheek.

My brain wouldn't work when faced with the simplest of problems. I started wearing hats because I was bald from the chemo and I remember one day I was heading out and forgot the hat, I was only 10 minutes from home, all I needed to do was turn around and go get it but instead I pulled over and cried for 30 minutes. That's when I spoke to the doc about it and he said it's the steroids. I didn't even know I was taking steroids.

I've done some yard work and cleaned the kitchen that I left in a mess last night hoping fairies would come in and clean up (they didn't) and it's only 9am.

Well, I wouldn't go that far...
I did write *relative* normality - for your household of course.
I offered to pay him, but he refused, saying this time of year rolls around and his fingers just itch to do taxes...
We have a friend who volunteers to help people with taxes. More power to them.

Tomorrow should be eclipse fun and heaven knows what else.

We're not in the total eclipse path, so we'll only get a partial eclipse. I remember using a cardboard projector to view an eclipse, as it's dangerous to look at.

A winning good morning.

At the moment we have a thunderstorm, prelude to 2 days of wet stormy weather.

So even if we could see the eclipse from here we we wouldn't be able to see it anyway

I win with a new mouse. All the buttons work, the scroll wheel doesn't go both ways when trying to go just one way and it was definitely worth the money.
Oddly it has no laser or ball.o_O
