actually listening to this, did actually reduce my grumpiness....still grumpy..... but then it also drowned out the surrounding silliness that was making me grumpier.

The first time I was in Beijing, in my mother-in-laws house, she was a Buddhist and this was playing in her house 24/7 and at first I thought I'd have a problem with it constantly going on and on... but it actually relaxed me and after the second week, I didn't even notice it.
What's it mean, what's being sung?

It's not raining here. It's not going to rain here, although next Wednesday (8 days from now), they're predicting a 1% chance of rain. So, there's something to hope for.

The cacti are flipping us off.

Kathryn

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
Those cacti would freak me out, for so many reasons.
TRUE STORY TIME! As many of you know, I recently moved from NE Texas to SW Ohio. I also recently visited my son in Korea. The plants in the different zones really are different! In fact, in Korea, the plants, and even the terrain, was so different that I was shocked.

I keep wandering around in nurseries here looking at all the very different plants.

DANG VULGAR CACTUS!!!! I hope they are visited by a flock of Gila Woodpecker...

Years ago my aunt had lived in Las Vegas for many years went to visit my parents in NYS. She was there 2 weeks and then flew home, the day before we had a rain storm. She was rather upset because she had not seen rain in 2 years
