I have a brother and sister. My brother died about 10 years ago from Parkinsons. He was a fair bit older than me and I never really knew him, he'd left home to become an Anglican priest when I was 8 (I think)
Essentially. I have a squeeze bottle I fill with a sterile saline solution and forcibly run it through one nostril and out the other. I hydrates and cleans the sinuses. I've had reduced frequency of inflammation and blockage. I'm breathing better.
I still want to try budesonide. Just have to find a source.
It's so long ago I don't really remember, it might have been @Revoltingest sending upkilts that started it.
