The only other two ways I can think of to get duct tape would be theft and manufacturing...
I have no idea how one would make duct tape.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
And you know why I bought duct tape? To fix my lamps, because apparently the movers removed all the parts and packed them in different boxes so for several lamps I could not find, to save my life, some parts. So I fixed them using duct tape. Which I had to buy of course, because God only knows where my duct tape is. I guess I haven't found that box yet either. Must be like in the last few boxes in the garage. I swear those last few boxes will hold EVERYTHING that makes life worth living.
We have been getting light rains that are welcome for watering the garden and lawn.
