It did that here today. Autumn is coming.
Trees are just beginning to turn and drop a few leaves.
I was surprised they accepted my excuse without a fight.
Every time I've done it, it gets cancelled the day before. The one time it went ahead I was challenged as soon as I stepped in the jury box. I think I looked more like a crim than the accused did.
You threatened/promised to bring your three kids because of no one to look after them?
I've gone in in some pretty extravagant things, but it never got me dismissed.

I called and the person over the phone could hear the Chaos... I told her "I can't even leave these guys to pee, let alone come to jury duty." I think she believed me.
