During the time I was studying psychology thinking I would be a therapist, I spent time at a state mental hospital in the adolescent ward which was a diversion from juvenile hall for some. I learned a lot but of course did not wind up being a therapist.Many of them that go there.....are
I have more psychology credits than anyone should have if they are not a psych major. Considered Clinical Psychology and also almost went to MS in Forensic Psychology. I spent a bit of time observing in a prison in section that had rather violent crazy people and I spent a few years as security in a hospital what had mental health and detox wards....
