I have my healthier and tasty alternative. Core apples, chop into pieces, put in large bowl, add some frozen farmer's market frozen blueberries, season with ginger and ceylon cinnamon and nuke for 15 minutes. Tasty, healthy, low calorie - a winning trifecta.
Sure....cinnamon..... so...still mad eh...trying to get rid of me eh.......

Gastritis, Acid Reflux and cinnamon don't mix...well they do.....and if you would like the gory details of how they mix, I'll tell you....but it ain't pretty

Forzen blueberries...... not fresh...... but then..it ain't pie.... so it doesn't count

Seriously, you should have been told that by psychologists/psychiatrists. The science is a bit thin but they should have suggested that to you. This from perplexity.ai with prompt:v: What ingredients in chili have psychoactive effects?

Capsaicin is the main psychoactive compound found in chili peppers. It has several notable effects:
  • It can alter adrenaline and endorphin levels in the body
  • In mild doses, it may produce feelings of excitement, likely due to increased adrenaline
  • At higher doses, it can trigger a release of endorphins, leading to a blissful, euphoric state
  • Some studies suggest it may have antidepressant-like effects, at least in animal models
I'll be honest, I've figured out 90% of stuff on my own with him(excluding medication issues).

I've been eating apples dipped in honey when I need a 'sweets' fix. It makes me full and happy.

I went to DQ today and had French fries while everyone else had ice cream. The real win was... it didn't bother me. :D
