I feel like beating somebody up.

During my psychology training days, some therapists (primal therapy) offered substitutes in the form of beating on pillows letting all the emotions flow unchecked. Ideally that's followed by work on the issue(s) once the pent-up emotions are discharged.

I don't think your life allows for you to go into the bedroom, shut the door and pummel a pillow while screaming your rage into the room.

I want someone who fights back... ;)

WHen I was young, a friend and I enjoyed nothing more than just beating the **** out of each other.

Sometimes I feel like hunting him down, asking if he'd like to come over and take things outside.

I wonder how awkward that would be, after not talking for 25 years.

Afternoon. Not feeling as sharp as I would like, but it is what it is.

I have to return to work on Monday. I've never been off work for illness more than a few days. It is strange that it has stretched into three weeks.

I have been immensely run down and ragged these past weeks. Seeming to cling to that even now. But it is somewhat better even in a staggered and truncated sort of way. I will take that as good and a sign of recovery.

Hope you all are well.

I'm going to nap.

That will be a big change.

I hope the transition back is as smooth as it can be.

Geez, the plague got you good. I hope you feel better soon. My life is poorer without my wabbit mate making me laugh.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.

You'll soon be sharp enough to raid the lettuce beds again.

3 weeks? It doesn't seem that long, still, you are on the mend so that's great.

Nap well.
