I'm on a winning chat with Google support with questions on my new phone. My prior win was getting the phone the next day rather than in a week as originally promised. My current win is due to helpful support people which is almost an oxymoron.

The #1 rule for helpful support people is to answer the question or say they don't know. If a transfer or another transfer to a support person gets me an answer, then they are truly helpful. I'm about to find out if they're truly helpful or not.
