Don't die! Just buy fresh fruit and veggies, you will know no animal by-products are in them. If you need protein, eat Laura Scudder Peanut Butter.

I've only been a vegaterian for 3 months, so it's not like my entire life has been a lie... but I guess I haven't really been a vegaterian, because I've been eating Mc Donalds french fries.

You won't offend me. My entire family eats meat... and I eat beef fat all over my french fries... :(:sad4:
Beating yourself up over something you had no knowledge of it pointless.
Instead, learn from your error and go from there.

There are several websites that can help you learn what terms in ingredient lists mean animal.

I can hunt some up for you if you like.

You don't need to. I won't be eating very much for a while. I think I'm going to go into a depression for a while.

Done here.
DONT EAT SKITTLES or starburst. or gummi bears/gummi worms, etc. Anything with gelatin in it is not veggetarian or vegan.
Skittles aren't made with gelatin. (Neither are Mike and Ikes, my favorite.) Starburst and gummi bears are, though.
