The main spirit of a plant can think and read your mind...

From Zhuan Falun(also confirmed by peer reviewed science articles, see below web links):

For instance, there is a person in America who is specialized in electronic studies and teaches others how to use lie detectors. One day, an idea suddenly hit him. He put both ends of a lie detector to a dragon pot plant and poured water to its root. He then found that the lie detector’s electronic pen had quickly drawn a curve. This curve was identical to that drawn when the human brain produces a brief second of excitement or happiness. At that moment, he was shocked. How could a plant have feelings? He almost wanted to yell in the streets: "Plants have feelings!" Enlightened by this occurrence, he continued to do research in this area and conducted many experiments.
One time he placed two plants together and asked his student to stomp one plant to death in front of the other plant. Then he took the other plant into a room and connected it to a lie detector. He asked five of his students to enter the room in turn from the outside. The plant had no reactions when the first four students entered the room. When the fifth student—who had ruined the plant—came into the room, before he even walked up to the plant, the electronic pen quickly drew a curve that only appears when a person is frightened. He was really shocked! This occurrence implies a very important issue: We have always believed that a human being is a high-level life with sensory functions that can distinguish things and a brain that can analyze things. How can plants distinguish things? Doesn’t this indicate that they have sensory organs as well? In the past, if someone said that plants had sensory organs, thinking minds, feelings, and could recognize people, this person would have been called superstitious. In addition to these, plants seem to have surpassed our people today in certain regards.
One day he connected a lie detector to a plant and wondered: "What kind of experiment should I do? Let me burn its leaves with fire and see how it reacts." With this thought—even before the leaves were burned—the electronic pen quickly drew a curve the same as that created only when someone cries for help. This super sensory function was in the past called mind reading; it is a latent human function and an innate ability. Yet all of humankind is corrupted today. To regain them, you must practice cultivation from the start and return to your original, true self or to your original nature. Yet the plant has them, and it knows what is on your mind. It sounds quite inconceivable, but it was an actual scientific experiment. He has conducted different experiments, including testing the capability of long-distance remote controls. Upon publication, his papers caused quite a stir throughout the world.
Botanists in different countries including those in our country have begun their research in this field, and it is no longer considered something superstitious. The other day I said that what our humankind today has experienced, invented, and discovered is sufficient to change our present textbooks. Due to the influence of conventional mentalities, however, people are reluctant to acknowledge them. Nobody is systematically organizing these things, either.

How can an atheist/materialist explain that a plant without any sensory organs can read your mind, recognize people etc etc? Does the plant not have a soul(main spirit)?

Is he not superior to everyday people who can perceive nothing when they block their sensory organs?......

I would be very interested to hear a true atheist argue about the plant not having a soul, how else can he perceive all these things that he obviously can do?

In fact this information also gives heavy support to the Buddhist reincarnation path of Samsara where you can be a human being, a plant, an animal, a ghost, a deity or a demon in hell in your next life.

/Zhen-Shan-Ren(Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance) is good, Falun Dafa is good.

Whether a plant possesses a soul or not is a different matter to the idea of plant perception.

I haven't read the links you posted yet, but I'll have a look. It reminds me of a book published in the 70s called The Secret Life of Plants. Not many people take the book seriously these days.

The plant has no sensory organs and can not see according to established science or materialism. Yet peer reviewed biology articles now acknowledge this capacity so which is his sensory organs? How can he read your mind? Explain it please from an atheist perspective.

Is the plant not superior compared to everyday people? He can read minds and you absolutely can not because you have too much karma renderring your main spirit/third eye disabled. The only way to revive your abilities is through body and mind cultivation.

It is said in Falun Dafa that people who have a lot of karma(black, low frequency substance in other dimensions) and little virtue have a poor enlightenment quality(on average) and can not enlighten to higher truths or anything they can not see or that science has not yet acknowledged.

Why is it so? That is because their massive karma is against the nature of the universe and wraps up the main spirit with its virtue in the middle; hence they have no natural connection to the universe and its characteristics(truth-compassion-forbearance) and they can not "feel" or "sense" if anything is true or false anymore. They rely completely on external means of measuring all truths instead of using their inborn human abilities.

The only way to explain this phenomenon with the plant is that he has a main spirit which exists in a microscopic dimension that science can not see with modern technology. This main spirit as supernatural powers and can see other dimensions just like everyday people see our single flesh eye dimension.

There are plenty of cultivators(and people of good inborn quality) who claim they can communicate with plants through their third eye/main spirit and it sounds reasonable.

Another issue: if you can be reborn as a plant, how could you bring alot of karma and still have supernatural powers? Karma inhibits supernatural powers so that would not be possible.

Don´t people need to go to hell first to pay off their karma before becoming a plant?

How does one make the leap from evolutionary defense mechanisms in flora to the existence of "souls" in plants?

This is nothing more than the same old 'Goddidit' argument repackaged.

One of my hostas said your post is crazy.
(I'm trying to teach it better manners so it won't be so insulting. Plants can be so cruel.)

I love it when Mark Wahlberg speaks to a plastic plant in "the Happening."

The only way to explain it is with his main spirit which exists in a microscopic dimension that science can not see with modern technology.
Because we can't see / detect it shouldn't be a reason to automatically assume a supernatural cause.
You are right, but as we have been told by cultivators that everyone can learn to see other dimensions(ie auras) with their third eye, should not every person with any inclination towards finding truth want to try cultivation to check whether they can learn it or not?

I mean theorizing is one thing but experiencing is a completely different matter.

Why don´t many people of poor inborn quality try cultivation? Logically they can calculate a probability that all these people with open third eyes are not all liars.

Because these people´s karma is intelligent and it is scared to death about being eliminated by your slef-cultivation their thoughts will be interfered with from other dimensions and they dare never try anything new except theorizing about their standpoint.

People have body karma which can make their bodies extremely stiff. Ie sitting in double Lotus is impossible with massive body karma. Thought karma makes your mind negative and you think about bad stuff all the time.

Eliminating karma is painful, either one does it now or in their afterlife, in any case it must be paid off as far as I see it. The mere risk of going to hell to pay off debts seems unattractive to me.

Just some of my reflections on the matter of who is likely to accept that a plant has superior supernatural powers compared to human beings.

How can mind reading be an evolutionary defense mechanism?

As far as I see it that is a supernatural power that few people possess.

Btw, evolution is a completely flawed theory that should be discussed in another thread...

One exceptionally stupid human being.

Well, how many people can read minds? Not too many.

People can potentially surpass all other living creatures but in most cases they fall down and accumulate karma(sins).

Hence the plant has superior supernatural powers. He has no eyes and yet can see. He can even see your thoughts from another dimension.

Me too. But I'm thinking of changing tack, showing some compassion and eating a few humans instead.

Yep. At least you'll have the confidence that only a few of them can read your mind.
