Are you angry, joyful, worried, excited, pessimistic,
or emotionally invested in your candidate winning?
This thread is not for you. Stay out.

I'm all meh about these two beef-witted geezers.
Who else is just enduring the politics, campaigning,
& antics preceding the upcoming election?

Here's a toast to enjoying brand new controversies
& political wrangling...

I'm not really a political person. I dislike negativity. Maybe if things were a bit less harsh, I'd probably look more into the candidates but so much bigotry and hate that I wouldn't know if I'd be voting because of the actual democratic or republican policies or based on the to guys' attitudes running. Emotional biases.

So, just like Festivus, this is Electivus for the rest of us?

Well speaking as one who is disinterested, dispassionate, unaroused, unmoved, indifferent, nonpartisan, lackadaisical, and frankly Scarlet I don’t give a damn...... I think it is time for a good Brandy or a mediocre Cognac.....

Personally I dont see a lick of real substantial change either way happening. Just what we have been getting the past several decades continuing on as always. Same ole same ole after the party's over.

There could be change.
I just can't predict things well.
So....
Hope for the best.
Plan for the worst.

I'm looking forward to an end to the political ads. Its so bad in Iowa, we've taken to blaming Theresa Greenfield and Joni Ernst for everyday negative home occurrences... Toilet clogged? Joni Ernst is probably behind it. Out of flour? Surely Theresa Greenfield took it.

Now who will we blame?

I vote 3rd party for President, expecting to lose, because my presidential vote isn't worth squat.

Sounds like you're a fan of getting money out of politics. Me too. Now convince the republicans to get on board.
3rd party vote = supporting status quo
