More incentives to volunteer? Don't some people get tax cuts for that?

I'm not going to pretend I know anything about anything because I don't but uhh yea, that's what I think haha.

Bah! Down with rules! Jim Lehrer is the Ultimate Neutral. And he understands how to run a debate. He lets candidates have their follow-ups if they want them. He gives them 5-10 minutes for an issue. So on, so forth.

Interesting observation: McCain is the one talking about health care like it's a commodity.
