In college a psych teach said, "you can have too many friends". That is true! The friends I have are very special. I do not care that they are few.

Thanks, it does...

Well turns out I still don't know what's wrong so next step is to have a look at my stomach inside by camera... That won't be pleasant!
Be sure to post pix of yer innards!

Today was a gray but warm (hi 30s) day.
More work on the addition tomorrow.

So, around 9:30, I said to myself "ya know what, the only times I'm up early is when I'm filling the role of state-sanctioned brown paper bag* and Bael. Today is neither, I have an extra day off, it's back off to bed I go." So I did.
*State-sanctioned paper bag is what I decided I feel like, as we are supposed to be discreet and keep confidentiality when visiting clients to the points are forbidden from wearing our name tags, but the way I have to dress when I'm showing up to clients doors, I feel like those brown paper bags they put liquor in at a liquor store, or the "plain unmarked box" some items are shipped that people don't want others to know what they are. Well, you don't know what they are, but you kind of know anyways. They should just let me dress as normal me and no one would have any idea or clue or suspicion that one of my clients is getting a visit from someone who looks out of place.

I'm "working" right now, watching some presentation about mental health care and how it relates to the criminal "justice system." Being the advocate for changes in the "justice system" and major prison overhauls that I have been for years, this is a bunch of "blah, blah, blah, I've heard it a million times already." It's an important subject, don't get me wrong, but in all reality John Oliver covered it better during one of his segments during Last Week Tonight.
And how very ****ing lovely this presenter/narrator neglect to mention that prison guards themselves are notorious for being those causing the trauma inmates go through, for abusing them, stealing from them, and turning a blind eye to physical and sexual assaults.

I just checked my certification for the assessment test thingy. Mostly around the office I hear people say they feel lucky if they don't need to be recertified after six months, many are grateful when they don't need it for one year. Me, I hit the "outer bullseye" and don't need to do it again for two years.

In my time, I endured presentations with as much life as this albeit about different subjects like money laundering. I've laundered money in my time, forgot to take cash out of the pockets, but for some reason that deadly serious presentation never mentioned cash in the wash.

Wow this presentation is so thefing lame. There is a "chat box" next to the video screen, but you can't chat in it, but the presenter/narrator is responding to these "messages" as if it's real-time. "Oh, there's people typing" he says. "What do you guys think" he asks.

I do have to give the guy props though, for mentioning respecting secular views of people, rather than blathering on about all the warm and fuzzy feelings religious brings and mentioning "so much research that shows religious people are better off."

Well, looks like I won't be going to the dentist next month. Probably won't be scheduling a therapy appointment either. And have an anxiety attack over having to pay full-cost for my meds, and just be a general anxious mess regarding my health care until about May when I get my deductible paid.
American "health care" ****ing sucks.

Study how the russian astronauts extract their own appendixes using only scissors and vodka. Save big on healthcare that way.
