Many people are not financially savvy.I think they don't know! The only store checkout that I know which asks if you want cash back on a credit card is Wal Mart. I asked the women, "who would DO that?" and she said that a lot of people do. So, of course, I thought, interest and she said yes, it charges interest (I know it charges it right away) and I said, maybe people don't know, and she said, "they know". Really? Some people know, sure, but I think sometimes they don't know. Once, I almost did it and then I thought, it's a credit card, not a debit card.
So, people do not care to pay interest on their own money? LOL
