Days above 100 have become a bit of a rarity here. And, really, the last few winters haven't been that bad.
California is a pick your temperature place. There's usually a tremendous gradient between the ocean front area and inland to the Diablo Valley and even further East. The good thing is that the humidity is low so 100 is not nearly as bad as 85+high humidity - not even closeAnd that's where I want to go. I must be crazy.

I'm looking at the Inland Empire near LA, where the cost of living is fairly comparable to here.
That is a big plus. It was much cooler today, but really humid making it unpleasant if the wind wasn't blowing. And then we get those days of mid-to-high 90s with high humidity. UGH! I love sleeping outside during a cool summer night, but not when it's 100% humidity.
There was once the "uncola".
Now, the "unbear".

The whoever at the office of the old endocrinologist I use to see needs to hurry up and get my refills in. I'll be out of hormones tomorrow, and gaps in treatment with these are not fun. Heads may roll.
