Apparently that them moving here was a lie (they are still moving here though - it turns out my mom really does want to get out at least for winters). And I got more details today, and, basically, in a nutshell, of my dad's two bio-kids and two step-kids, none are really wanting much of anything to do with him, and he's upset about it. I kind of feel bad, but I hate that I feel bad, especially because I don't want to feel bad. My brother and I (my mom's son from her first marriage/the half-brother I acknowledge as my brother) both hope he dies soon (his health isn't doing well at all) so our mom can have companionship in her final decades with someone who will treat her well for once.

I think I'm going to get some enhancement thingies for my car, starting with a drain valve for the oil pan. And then some super cheap Wish underbody lights to make my car more totally awesome and cool because it'll be so out of place for this careasy to see for pickups, and then some performance upgrades to have more zoom. And I want to get some long endurance brakes so I rarely have to change those, like I do with my oil.
But, I'm probably going to need to change the wheel bearings before too long, and I am entirely and totally SOL on figuring out how to get the axle nut off. But doing it myself is way-super cheaper, so I'm going to figure something out. Because I'd much rather spend 15 bucks instead of hundreds, even if i could easily afford it.

I want a Krispy Kreme. I think this weekend, with no hefty amounts of money to throw around, I'm going to get some Krispy Kremes. And try Baskin Robbins. And next week try this pizza joint that apparently has really good pizza, and a basement where bands perform. Then I'm going to go to one of the creamery restaurant places and try that gelato stuff.
