Basically, why "Black" Lives Matter really doesn't work, because people do forget everybody else that police abuse.

I just read a story about a Mexican-American who was subjected to the same crap. White couple blocks Mexican American from entering his own building, called him 'criminal'

There are sure a lot of Karens around. (patting myself on the back for learning that use of "Karen").

One thing that's clearly different are the followup news stories about consequences for the bigot. In this case

Viral video: SF man fired after refusing to let Latino resident enter his own apartment building

Why? First time I learned about it, its because real Karens weren't happy. Others who may know a Karen aren't happy about it. A Karen I knew was a sweat and wonderful lady. Its really not any different than holding redheads or blondes to their stereotypical behaviors, except it's with someone's name.
That use is really PC hypocrisy.

It happens alot. But they go unmentioned because people dont connect the dots and use "black lives" matter in lieu of "all lives" matter. It also the often unmentioned mentally ill (except for after a shooting and making sure they cant get a gun thkugh they aren't committin thise crimes) . As far as police corruption and brutality goes, the oft maligned cis white mal also does indeed get it bad.
But the media makes it a mostly and predominantly black and white issue. But it's not. Prejudice and stereotypes effect everyone (not many get up in arms over the mistreatment of the physically handicapped either).

Several years ago, just prior to Columbus day, The Iroquois were asked about their thoughts on Columbus day and how they felt about Columbus' discovery of America. Their response was "what did he discover, we knew where we were" then somehow the statement that Malcom X made "We didn't land on Plymouth Rock. The rock was landed on us" and what was the Iroquois view of this and the pilgrims landing on Plymouth rock, was brought up by a reporter as well. The Iroquois response was "it was our rock".
