One thing i love about France. In stores and supermarkets you are not bombarded with Christmas from mid September as you are in England.

Christmas hype here begins 2 weeks before Christmas when the Christmas markets open and serve hot spiced wine... Very civilised

I may be crazy, but 5 to 7 years out from retirement. I am thinking of finishing one of the many degree I started..it will do nothing for me, except it may prove to me I'm crazy, but I am thinking of finishing the BS in Psychology......a second bachelors degree...just what every retired guy needs....still not sure...it is just a nagging thought at the moment

If playing a game is considered productive. This isn't a communist or socialist society society so there is no equal obligation to work and no mandate to contribute to receive your needs, but in this mixed capitalist society I have learned hard work is a lie amd I can predictably enhance my income by sitting on my *** and playing a game so I can live off the sweat of another's brow by exploiting the weak and sometimes getting lucky. Jusy like the most successful capitalists.
Oh, no.....don't think I disapprove. If you're doing something
entirely voluntary for all parties concerned, & you're supporting
yourself, that's fine. It'll leave more of @Wu Wei's tax money
for me.

It would, briefly, then it would just give me more reason to be on the streets to annoy others.....with Psychology :D

By the way, I may be regaining my sanity, I an asking myself, "Why would I ant to do this to myself?"

I had friends that went all the way to PhD in Psychology and I can remember sitting there with one of them, having a few beers, he was was finishing up his undergrad, and I said...."If you keep trying to psychoanalyse me, you will be soon trying to analyze why I kicked you in the teeth".....he is a clinical psychologist today
