Apparently stuff like electrolysis and waxing my face, piercings, and some other things have heightened my tolerance of pain to great heights, as I just had my first cortisone injection and it felt very, extremely weird but it didn't hurt.
Or everybody I've talked to who has gotten one is a wienie.

had a few...they hurt to varying degrees depending on the joint. But they have never hurt as much as folks told me prior to my first cortisone shot. But with that said the numbed the hip before they gave me the shot, so I assumed that one would have been painful. But they did not numb the knees or the shoulder....and I seem to remember one in the elbow too, but to be honest, I am not 100% sure I had one in the elbow

This guy just rubbed my scar tissue for awhile. Unsheathed the needle, and as I noticed it looks almost as the needles I've been pierced with the doctor stabbed it in. Virtually no pain. Weirdest damn feeling every though.

It does feel strange for e few minutes afterwards, but that subsides pretty quick

I had a deep thought, and realized if I have to go out into the public to make money, I might as well start at the casinos. So I am tomorrow as long as they require masks and are running poker (one casino isn't).

My mom got all this garbage pre-made, heavily processed junk to put in the freezer for "food stuffs."
So while she's gone I am cooking real food. I think I will start by making stuffed shells tomorrow.

I think I made the mistake of eating a veggie patty too hot out of the microwave because my tongue doesn't have great heat sensitivity. I don't foresee it will cause me problems other than the rest of my mouth reminding me for awhile, but it's still annoying when that happens.

It appears that the problem is scare-tissue....and going back in with surgery to remove scar-tissue wold only lead to more scar-tissue...so it is a semi-rigid knee-brace and 6 weeks of PT for me

I don't have the best knee myself. One time I was going down some stairs and I took a misstep and fell about 3 large stairs from the bottom. To make a long story short, I spent over 2 weeks mostly in bed.

Fell down the stairs once, onto a concrete floor, about 3 or 4 from the bottom, hit the floor and did a roll, would have ben ok if it was not for the metal support pole....spent a few weeks with a bruise on my back..... that Jujutsu training as a kid came in handy more than once that way.
