Ah, echoes of what some of us faced when we were assigned to support WebSphere with no training. For those that don't know - think very large, very complex software package that needed to work 100% of the time or millions of people trying to do online banking would get very annoyed and lead to senior managers metaphorically waving pink slips around.
I don't miss those days.

User wants me to support their home network and PC, we do not do that
Trying to download a work related app
errors out as network errors
spent 3/4 of my day, in between the other issue, pretty much like this

But the pay does not like you...it told me so....I'd tell you what else it said about you....but I think that type of language would violate RF rules
