There's another issue with brains: They're high in fat. I haven't been as excited as I am today in awhile. For me, this year Christmas is in July. Except it's not really Christmas because this is about gaining a material possession for myself. So it's the opposite of Christmas in July.

I'm considering a new engine and transmission while the rideshare money is good. I really need this car to last through grad school, and it's soon to be 230,000 miles. Even for a Toyota, it's getting up there in miles.
I'm also starting to learn territorial, aggressive/defiant bird responses because of these scrub jays. The jay screeches, and another bird chirps back its response.
Things would be mellow and chill if the jays weren't such tweakers.
