My 15 year old digital hygrometer died....and I thought...15 years...not bad...... then I noticed a big classroom type clock I have in the basement was not working....all it needed was a new AA battery.. that clock is older than many posters on RF....it came with my parents last house....almost 40 years ago... and I have no idea how long it had been hanging there when they moved in...

dang cheap piece of junk hygrometer......they just don't make things like they use to

Was it an oral or rectal hygrometer?

Well...time for this bear to go to bed....goodnight RF, wherever you are...now please.....KEEP IT DOWN!!!!! My neighbors would really appreciate it...they last thing they need in the morning is a grumpy, sleep deprived Kodiak that WILL take his frustrations out on them..

I'll bet he'd appreciate it if I loudly played this song he likes so much:

By the way, if people enjoy this song, look for it on CD at a Menard's (because bears hate Menard's as well as spending their money on frivolous things).

I would have asked him the same thing, but you beat me to it.

On a side note, I'm sure glad they have temple thermometers these days. I hated rectal thermometers, and I wasn't a big fan of keeping a thermometer under my tongue for 3 minutes either.

Got a letter from the government... they want to give me money...... which if you think about it is ironic..... I pay them a lot of money in taxes so they can give me a small portion of that back..... so it is still a loss for me
