I'm glad this labor shortage is happening. It needs to happen. These jobs are cruel, and the mistreatment of workers is nothing new.
Some restaurants are temporarily closing because they can't find enough workers. One said diners have gotten ruder amid the labor shortage and even made staff cry.

We have plenty of black tea, Yorkshire, earl grey, English breakfast.
And a few tissaIns (sissy stuff. To tasty fir bears)
And plain green tea
But none of my beloved jasmin tea

Earl Grey and tissains are all flavored.... therefore sissy teas
Actually I use to drink Jasmin and Earl Grey, but never herbal, never liked them and then one day I no longer liked Earl Grey and then lost the taste for Jasmin. The closest I get to a flavored tea these days is Genmaicha.
