how exactly do wood rings help with pushups?
I'll let you know, but I am thinking that it may be easier on my tendons which seem to hate the push-up position. Maybe it will also be easier on my carpals? The rings let the wrists move. Other positive benefits are improved stabilization, because you have to learn to keep your hands from shaking. A third benefit is that I can use these to help me get strong enough for pull ups, but that is unrelated to the push ups problem.

"Be strong", I whispered to my coffee.

Wobbly hands, you wouldn't want rings going over centre. Your weight dropping on a wrist won't do it any good.

Not saying it happens, it's just my imagination, but be cautious anyway

I hate sink plumping because it's not as straight forward as I thought it would be. Or maybe it is and this sink is just a mess and the pipes aren't right. I shouldn't have to be flipping these tubes around like a game of Tetris.
And I'm hating my dad more because now that he's gone I have to fix everything. This is why I like renting. Kitchen counter in a very bad shape? Not on me. Fixing a broken light switch? Someone else can do it. Plumbing? Not my responsibility.

Might try push up by using your fist instead of the palms....Knee push ups are not just for females...they can strengthen you hands for future full push ups...the best hand and finger strength training...a bucket of rice or rice like substance....bury your hand in the rice and move fingers or wrists in different directions.....a bucket of rice, however, does draw mice.......speaking from experience
