A lot of those aircraft basically downed themselves flying low to avoid radar detection. Or whatever. I just remember reading an article about Russian pilots flying low and slamming into trees and mountains and stuff.

I think I might have read that article. They could either fly high, and be downed by Ukranians, or fly low, and have risky conditions.
Be careful. I've heard that the city is run by mutants who worship a nuclear bomb. And you don't ever want to get called before the city council, as they're a treacherous bunch.
